NOVAsat has a 24/7 Customer Support Center supporting its customers around the clock. The center is manned by trained professionals capable of solving customer problems. A second level of support is always available from the product suppliers internationally.

The center is equipped with a Customer Support System to assist in logging and tracking trouble tickets. Also equipped with a call center telephony system that directs and records all calls.
